Donor Privacy Policy

Summit Impact is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors and constituents. We have developed this privacy policy to ensure our donors and constituents that their information will not be shared with any third party.

Summit Impact provides this Privacy Policy to make you aware of the way your information is and is not used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

For our donor and constituent records, whether collected online, in writing, by telephone, in person, or otherwise, our records typically include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, your history of transactions and communications with our organization, and may also include information on organizational affiliations and family relationships.

Summit Impact uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a transaction, communicate with you, and update you on Summit Impact’s activities. 

If you make a credit card transaction with Summit Impact, your credit card information is used only for donation or payment processing and is not retained in our system once the transaction is completed. 

Summit Impact will not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your personal information with or to other organizations, nor will Summit Impact send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. 

It is our desire to not send unwanted mail to our donors. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
